Choose a package by duration. Every quotation is confirmed in writing before your booking is finalised, with no charges added afterwards without your approval.

Basic Companion Service
Up to 2 hours

Full-Day Companion
Up to 9 hours

Additional Hours

Additional charges
Charges that may apply on top of a package
These are always stated in your written quotation before you confirm.

| Short-notice bookings | Requests within 24 hours are subject to companion availability and may carry a surcharge. |
| Cancellation within 12 hours | A partial fee may apply once a companion has been assigned and travel has begun. |
Important notes
- Package durations are counted from the agreed meeting time, not from the appointment slot.
- Hospital fees, doctor fees, medication and tests are paid directly by the patient or family.
- Transport costs are quoted separately based on the arrangement chosen.
- Companion services are non-clinical; no nursing or medical procedures are included.
- Bookings are confirmed only after the written quotation is accepted.
