How it works
From request to follow-up in five clear steps
We keep the process deliberately simple, because most people contact us during a stressful week.
Submit your request
Send us the appointment details through the contact form or WhatsApp. The more we know upfront, the faster we can match the right person.
What this includes
- Patient's name, age and preferred language
- Hospital or clinic, department and doctor if known
- Date, time and expected duration
- Mobility needs: independent, walking aid or wheelchair
Our team confirms your requirements
A coordinator calls you within working hours to confirm the details and clarify anything unclear before we commit to a booking.
What this includes
- Scope of support agreed and written down
- Duration and applicable package confirmed
- Transport arrangement decided
- Written quotation issued for approval
We match you with a suitable companion
We assign a companion based on location, language, gender preference and relevant experience, then share their profile with you.
What this includes
- Companion profile and photo shared in advance
- Companion briefed on the patient's needs
- Meeting point and contact numbers exchanged
- Reminder sent the day before the appointment
Your companion assists during the appointment
On the day, your companion meets the patient at the agreed point and stays with them until the visit is complete.
What this includes
- Registration, queueing and department navigation
- Wheelchair or walking assistance as required
- Notes taken during the consultation
- Pharmacy collection and billing assistance
- Progress updates sent to the nominated family member
Follow-up support where applicable
After the appointment you receive a written summary. If further visits are needed, we can schedule them with the same companion.
What this includes
- Written summary of instructions and medication changes
- Copies of receipts and documents collected
- Next appointment date noted
- Repeat booking with the same companion where possible
