Our story
It began with a missed appointment
One of our founders was working overseas when his mother, then seventy-eight, travelled alone to a specialist appointment in Kuala Lumpur. She reached the wrong block, waited two hours in the wrong queue, and eventually went home without being seen.
Nothing clinical had gone wrong. What was missing was simply a person beside her who knew where to go, what to ask, and how to keep the day calm.
Dr. Search exists to fill that gap. We are not a hospital, a clinic or a nursing agency. We are the layer of practical human support between a family's intention and a completed appointment.

To make medical appointments in Malaysia less confusing, less lonely and better understood — particularly for elderly patients and the families supporting them from a distance.
